Sometimes, using evolutionary assumptions it's less difficult to interpret your data and to form sense of it… that's a minimum of my experience, and that i think that each one creationists should admit that.

In Marshall Rosenberg’s book Nonviolent Communication:
A Language of Life, he talks about learning to separate observations (facts) from interpretations or judgments (stories).
this is often a practice that has not only helped me enormously with inner peace, but also has helped my personal and professional relationships. (That is, once I can remember to try to to it.)
FACTS IS THAT WHAT IS OF THINGS
. Interpretations and judgements are the story we create round the facts fact and fiction
These are often positive or negative. Negative stories, perhaps obviously, create pain and inner turmoil; positive stories make us feel good, except (just like the negative) they’re not true. which sets us up for future pain how are interpretations different from facts?

There was a period of your time once I was ready to separate facts from stories pretty consistently, and honestly, I also found it difficult to work within the social world. Most jokes stopped being funny.
